Understanding the Judgement of the Federal High Court in PDP vs Ogboru
Without waiting to get a copy of the judgment of the Federal High Court, Asaba which declared Great Ogboru as not qualified to participate in the January 6th, 2011 Delta State Governorship re-run, many have jumped into conclusion that the judgment was given without jurisdiction.

On Monday, July 25, 2011 the election tribunal sitting in Asaba, Delta State threw out the petition by the candidate of the Democratic Peoples Party (DPP), Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru on the January 6, 2011 governorship re-run election in the state.
